Corporate policy

Trade Compliance

Golden Strait Commerce LLC is committed to responsible international trade, accurate commercial documentation and lawful dealings with qualified counterparties.

Effective March 6, 2026

Sanctions and Restricted Parties

Transactions may be screened against applicable U.S. and international sanctions, restricted-party and denied-party lists. We do not knowingly transact with prohibited persons, entities, destinations or end uses.

Export Controls and Destination Requirements

Products, technology and destinations may be subject to export controls, licensing, labeling, safety, registration or import requirements. Availability in a product category or sourcing market does not establish eligibility for a specific transaction.

Know Your Counterparty

We may request ownership, identity, banking, product, end-use, destination, certification and other due-diligence information. We may pause or decline an opportunity when information is incomplete, inconsistent or presents unacceptable risk.

Anti-Bribery and Ethical Conduct

Golden Strait does not tolerate bribery, kickbacks, facilitation payments, fraud, forced labor or other unlawful or unethical conduct. Suppliers and commercial partners are expected to maintain accurate records and comply with applicable anti-corruption, labor and human-rights requirements.

Documentation and Product Claims

Parties are responsible for accurate invoices, packing lists, origin information, specifications, certifications and other transaction records. Product claims and certifications may be verified before approval or shipment.

Licensed Third Parties

Golden Strait is not a licensed freight forwarder, customs broker, NVOCC, carrier, law firm or customs authority. We coordinate with appropriately licensed logistics, brokerage, legal and compliance partners when required.

Reporting Concerns
