Quotes and Transactions
Commercial quotes remain subject to stated validity periods, supplier confirmation, credit review, product availability, shipping conditions, destination requirements and mutually accepted written terms. Supplier Portal
Portal users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Access is limited to approved business users and may be suspended or withdrawn. Records displayed in the portal are informational unless incorporated into a signed commercial agreement.
Supplier Submissions
Manufacturers represent that submitted product, certification and capacity information is accurate and that they have authority to provide it. Submission does not create exclusivity, agency, partnership, purchase obligation or approval. Golden Strait may review, decline or remove a listing at its discretion.
Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
You may not misuse the website, probe its security, impersonate another party or upload unlawful or infringing material. Website content, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to Golden Strait and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Third-Party Services
Transportation, customs brokerage and regulated logistics services may be performed by appropriately licensed third parties. Golden Strait is not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond obligations expressly accepted in writing.
Liability and Governing Law
